I had a couple of requests for the headband pattern, so here it is...
I combined this flower:

With this headband:
http://creativeyarn.blogspot.com/2008/05/simple-crochet-headband.html
Then, I just sewed a few beads and sequins in the middle of the flower and sewed the flower onto the headband. Voila!
By the way, I tried the flower on the creative yarn blog but it came out HUGE (it took up half my head), so I found the other pattern.

You're the best :) And, I think I've tried that SkaMamma flower and it didn't go so well for me. You'll have to give me some pointers next week!
